Patrick Munday, horse-stealing. GUILTY. To be executed on the 6th May next.
Thomas Hart, indicted for cow stealing – aquitted of the charge – but to remain in custody for transportation for stealing oats.
Dennis McFadden, stealing linens. GUILTY. To be imprisoned for 6 months and kept to hard labour.
Mary McManus, Lucinda Sweeny and Alice Leynard, indicted for being vagrants, to be transported for 7 years.
1832
Jane Hamilton, stealing 3 heifers at Keadue on 14th April. GUILTY. Deathrecorded.
1833
Daniel Doherty, riotous assembling at Glenhouse compelling Michael Doherty to reduce his rents. This was a trial which arose out of the Inishowen riots. GUILTY. To be imprisoned for 6 months and kept to hard labour.
